You will be assigned to a personal Care Coordinator to ensure that appropriately matched caregivers are involved in the delivery of services. They are responsible for all your scheduling, staffing and support needs. Furthermore, they can serve as a liaison between you, the caregiver and any other health care professionals involved with care. All of the caregivers are under contract with our company, therefore, all scheduling will be handled by your personal Care Coordinator. Routine follow-up calls will be made regarding our service.
