We refer only experienced, thoroughly screened, and compassionate caregivers. We have a very comprehensive screening process, which begins with an interview with our Personnel Coordinator. All certificates are verified, work references carefully checked, and background checks including a criminal, credit and social security verification are conducted. The applications are reviewed and approved by the owner of the company.
